We have made stress pigs for Australian Pork, stress champagne bottles for Meriton and stress stars for Moorabool Shire Council. If a shape exists, someone has probably asked us to make it squeezable. Stress Balls Only is the dedicated stress shape site of the PromotionsOnly group, based in Lane Cove, Sydney, with more than 1,000 standard shapes on the site, over 5,000 jobs completed and more than 3 million stress items produced since 2003.

A shape for every brand

The classic round stress ball is our best seller and the safe choice for any logo. Beyond that, animal shapes cover everything from pigs to penguins, body parts and organ shapes are a fixture for medical and health campaigns, the sort of thing Koala Medical comes to us for, and novelty shapes handle the rest, from champagne bottles to houses to hard hats.

If the shape does not exist, we mould it

This is where the site earns its keep. Through direct offshore factory supply we can produce a custom moulded stress shape of practically anything: your product, your mascot, your logo in three dimensions. Custom moulds take around 12 weeks from artwork to delivery because a new tool has to be made, so this is a plan-ahead product, and one very few Australian suppliers offer at all.

Branding and turnaround

Stock shapes are pad printed or full colour digitally printed with your logo, with local production at a standard two weeks. Many shapes also carry 3 day and even 24 hour production options for an additional cost when the event has crept up on you.

Our story

PromotionsOnly started in a Sydney home office in 2003, grew through North Ryde and has been based in Lane Cove since 2005, with prices displayed online from the day the site first went live, well before that was normal in this industry. The group now pairs its Sydney team with its own office in China, and that is precisely what makes 12 week custom moulding viable: the tooling happens factory direct, without layers of agents in the middle.

Putting something back

For over 15 years the business has donated every month to WWF, Sea Shepherd, Médecins Sans Frontières, World Vision, through which we sponsor two children, and Monika's Doggie Rescue in Sydney, with product supplied at cost or donated to the Humpty Dumpty Foundation for more than a decade. Registered charities receive a discount off the prices shown on this site.
